Paul Rooker, President
Paul spent over 25 years as a senior executive with three Fortune 500 companies in various positions including Director of Corporate Development, Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Strategic Planning. His longest tenure was with Dun and Bradstreet Corporation where his positions included Director of Budgets and Financial Analysis and Vice President Corporate Planning. He also was one of the founders of a start-up venture of D&B for several years. After leaving D&B Paul headed his own investment partnership, and was a Director and member of the Executive Committee of a publicly owned, regional Connecticut Bank and a Director of a venture backed start up, HPIS, Inc., developing market share information for the medical products industry. Paul acquired Folio in 1994.

Steve Witter, Vice President Marketing
Steve has spent his professional career in healthcare consulting and publishing. After receiving his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Akron, he evaluated operational processes and developed cost saving programs for hospitals as a consultant for Medicus Systems. Later he joined the health care subsidiary of Milliman & Robertson and designed cost and reporting systems and evaluated data processing alternatives for several Blue Cross/Blue Shield and other health plans. Steve is the author of "Systems Design Considerations in the Changing HMO Environment" and more recently, co-author of the "HIPAA NPI Roadmap: How to navigate and implement the National Provider Identifier". Steve has also been active in the Workforce for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), co-leading the Strategic National Implementation Plan (SNIP) group on "NPI Implementation, Planning and Sequencing and EFI(bulk enumeration)" and "NPI Dual Identifier Implementation and NPI Information Exchange"

Chad Kopcak, Director Information Systems
Chad has over 10 years of experience in internet database development, ranging from the graphic design of websites to project development of web based database applications. Chad has been associated with three web based start up or consulting companies, and also was a partner in his own start up company offering web based services. In more recent years his experience has focused on database management applications using a variety of software platforms and on systems administration in client server environments.
